I love organza--it's the closest fabric comes to tissue paper. And tissue paper, as we know, means presents. Maralea's dress is tissue organza over silk shantung with a pleated bodice, princess seams and godets, and appliquéd lace salvaged from her mother-in-law-to-be's antique tulle veil.
