
First, let me say that "Campari" is not an easy color to nail. Too red and you get cheap lipstick crimson, too pink and it's prom fuchsia fantasia. Also, finding a textile that will suggest the color of a liquid is nearly impossible.
That is, until you consider silk organza.

Probably my favorite fabric of all time, a silk that's weightlessly sheer, gauzy and romantic, but also vivid, crisp and full of attitude. Organza has snap. Organza has dash.
